Businesses need to try new things to attract talent, and need to figure out new ways of engaging with their target talent pool. Adam runs a marketing-specific headhunt business which is all geared towards catching the attention of the talent his clients need, as opposed to advertising roles and forwarding tens of CV’s (à la “recruitment agency”).
